Barolo & Barbaresco World Opening Grand Tasting - BBWO 2020

Join the Barolo & Barbaresco Consortium for the first ever World Opening Grand Tasting at Center 415 in New York City on February 4th, 2020. Over 200 producers will be pouring their Barolo DOCG and Barbaresco DOCG appellations, including a selection of their renowned single-vineyard wines. Thanks to the combined effort of these producers, Barolo and Barbaresco wines will be presented to the U.S. market on a scale never seen before.

Barolo & Barbaresco wines are some of the most sought after wines around the world. Often called the “king and queen” of the Langhe region where they are made, Barolo & Barbaresco are produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Age-worthy and complex, these wines have a long history of production in Piedmont and express the region’s micro-climates with great nuance.

During the event you’ll be able to taste Barolo and Barbaresco wines and speak with winery representatives, from small boutique wineries to some of this region’s more established producers.
